The count is how many questions run at the same time, not how many answers they produce: asking one prompt three times on two assistants is still one prompt. You can change them whenever you like.

No. Onboarding is done inside the product and takes a few minutes: your domain, your category and your themes. We do not ask who your competitors are, we read them off the answers. If you would rather we do it with you, that is a call, not an invoice.
