Last updated 8 October 2026. Sauror AI is operated by Marc Hemat, sole trader, SIREN 942946419. Contact: contact@sauror.com. Using the product means accepting what is on this page.
What the service is. Sauror asks AI assistants the questions you choose, records who they name, and produces content and technical work from what it finds. What each plan includes is on the pricing page, and that page is the contract: the caps there are the caps we enforce.
Your account. You give us a real email address, you keep your password to yourself, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. You may invite people to a workspace; what they do there is yours as well.
Payment. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in euros, by card, through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies. A trial, where offered, converts on the date shown in Settings and not before. We will tell you at least thirty days before a price changes, and a price change never applies to a period already paid for.
Cancelling. Any time, from Settings, through the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have paid for runs to its end. We do not refund a period already started unless the law requires it or we have plainly failed to deliver.
What you may not do. Track a site to harass its owner, resell the product as your own without an agreement with us, attempt to break into another workspace, or use the content we write to impersonate somebody. We may suspend an account doing any of these, and we will say why.
What we promise. To run the service with reasonable care, to keep your data as the privacy page describes, and to tell you when something breaks. We do not promise that an assistant will name you, and nobody honestly could: the models belong to other companies, they change without notice, and no supplier controls what they say.
Content we write. Articles and technical fixes arrive as drafts. You review them and you publish them, so what appears under your name is yours. You own it once it is delivered.
Liability. Nothing here limits liability for death, injury, fraud, or anything the law says cannot be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for lost profit or lost business.
Ending it. You may leave at any time. We may end the agreement with thirty days' notice, or immediately if you breach it, and in that case we refund the unused part of what you paid.
Law. French law. If we cannot settle a dispute between us, the French courts decide it. A consumer may also use the European Commission's online dispute platform.
